At Padele, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read our shipping policy below before placing your order.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).
Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During new product launches, promotions, or peak shopping periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable).
UK Delivery
We proudly ship throughout the United Kingdom.
Standard Delivery
Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Express Delivery (where available)
Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days
Express shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Free UK Delivery
Free standard UK delivery may be offered on qualifying orders. Any applicable spending threshold will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping Delays
Although we aim to deliver every order within the estimated times, delays can occasionally occur due to courier services, customs processing, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your purchase.
If you’ve entered an incorrect address, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to update your order before it’s dispatched, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
Padele cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an address provided incorrectly by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We’ll investigate the issue with the courier and work to resolve it as quickly as possible, whether that’s through a replacement or another appropriate solution.
Order Tracking
Where available, tracking information will be sent to your email as soon as your order has been dispatched, allowing you to follow its journey to your door.
